  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns on unused, undamaged candles within 10 days of purchase. Please see our full return policy for more details.
  • What if my candle arrives damaged?
    If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Where do you ship, and what are your shipping costs?
    We offer domestic and international shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Also for domestic orders we offer free shipping depending on offers and minimum purchase.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders typically process within 1–2 business days, with delivery times varying depending on location. We provide tracking information for all shipments.
  • Can I reuse the candle jars?
    Absolutely! Our jars are designed for easy repurposing. After the candle is fully used, you can clean the jar and use it for storage, decor, or as a planter.
  • Are your candles safe for pets and children?
    Our candles are crafted with non-toxic ingredients; however, always keep lit candles out of reach of pets and children for safety.
  • Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing?

  • Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
    Yes, we offer gift wrapping and custom message options at checkout, perfect for sending a thoughtful gift directly to loved ones.
  • Are your candles made from natural ingredients?
    Yes, all our candles are made with natural soy wax, premium essential oils, and phthalate-free fragrances to ensure a clean, safe burn.
  • What types of candles do you offer?
    We offer a variety of hand-poured candles, including aromatherapy candles, soy wax candles, and seasonal collections, all crafted with natural, high-quality ingredients.
  • How do I care for my candle?
    For the best experience, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time to ensure an even, clean burn.
  • How long do your candles burn?
    Our candles vary in burn time, typically lasting between 30–220 hours depending on the size. Each candle’s estimated burn time is listed in the product description.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
